TAKE ACTION FOR BETTER COMPETIVENESS ON THE LABOUR MARKET

Project Location:

Skopje Region: Municipalities of Ǵorče Petrov, Gazi Baba and Kisela Voda.

Project Duration:

20 months: from 14.12.2015 to 14.08.2017.

Overall Objective:

Contribution for increasing the participation of the people exposed to social risk and persons who are socially excluded from the labour market for reducing the unemployment rate in Macedonia.

Specific Objectives:

Promoted conditions and opportunities for employment of persons exposed to social risks and unemployed for a longer period of time.

Target Group / Beneficiaries:

40 persons exposed to social risks and unemployed for a longer period of time from the Municipalities of Ǵorče Petrov, Gazi Baba and Kisela Voda.

Activities:

Selection of beneficiaries, workshops for promotion of social skills, individual action plans, gestalt psycho therapies;
Workshops with beneficiaries, visiting craftsmen, selection and training crafts, workshop with the members of the Chamber of Craftsmen;
Workshop with the teams of social workers, provision of social services for the families;
Kick-off meetings with local stakeholders, public round tables, final workshop.
