• Development of training programmes for experts from SEAP;
• Implementation of training for SEAP on assistance to vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Čair.

• Profiling of vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Čair;
• Adoption of a Strategy for Social & Economic Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups in the Municipality of Čair (2014-2020).

• Design and launching of a SEAP portal for linking vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Čair to social & economic assistance;
• Opening of a SEAP “hotline” for guiding vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Čair to social & economic assistance;
• Formation of SEAP mobile teams for provision of social & economic guidance to vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Čair.
